 Business Development Manager

iCreative looking for a result driven individual with strong solutions sales & business development experience who is truly passionate about technology.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Working with a team to develop an overall territory account plan and maximize opportunities to generate sales activity with customers, partners and publishers
  • Drive digital marketing strategy and execution across web, mobile and social platforms
  • Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes and overcome objections in order to maximize opportunities
  • Manage a multi-person team to achieve/exceed monthly sales targets and net profit quotas
  • Develop and utilize marketing related events, seminars, mailing and call campaigns to increase brand awareness and presence in the local market
  • Evaluate software contract spend and utilization in a given organization in order to optimize spending patterns, technology usage, and implementation strategies.
  • Provide leadership and licensing knowledge to customers and maintain a strong presence in the software industry community
  • Perform administrative duties to support a rapidly expanding business

What You Bring

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 4+ years experience in marketing (digital preferred)
  • An enthusiastic, positive attitude and a strong desire to learn
  • A focus on driving positive impact and delivering results
  • A proactive bend, self-confidence and persistence
  • Ability to multi-task and to thrive in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment, where priorities can change quickly
