Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is open for all Credit Cards issued by Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC.
2. Listed Hotels will participate in this promotion.
3. Offer valid for Sri Lankans and Expatriates only.
4. All payments to be settled with the Commercial Bank Credit Cards only.
5. The promotion is valid from 01st April, till the dates specified.
6. Discount offer only applicable for new bookings made on or after 31st March 2019, and are not applicable for pre-confirmed bookings.
7. Discounts will be applicable for Double and Triple rooms on Bed and Breakfast*, Half or Full Board basis. *For selected properties only.
8. A Cardholder is entitled to reserve maximum of ‘One Room Two Nights’ or ‘Two Rooms One Night’ per Credit Card at each respective Hotel.
9. Discounts will not be applicable for extras & meals other than those entitled for the basis booked, child and other Supplements.
10. Offer is not valid for on-line bookings.
11. Reservations to be made in advance by calling the respective reservation nos by quoting the Commercial Bank Credit Card details. Cardholder may be requested to make an advance payment using the Commercial Bank Credit Card at the time of the reservation.
12. Rooms will be given on a first come first serve basis, subject to availability & confirmation. Confirmation of rooms will be issued subject to the relevant payment procedure of respective Hotels.
13. The Cardholder should be present at the hotel throughout the stay.
14. Standard child policies & Cancellation policies of the Hotel will be applicable.
15. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programs or offers conducted by the Bank or the Hotels.
16. The General Credit Card terms and conditions will continue to apply.
17. This offer is bound by the terms and conditions of the Hotels and Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC.
18. Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC reserve the right to change and/or modify all or any of the rules, terms and conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time with or without prior notice to the Cardholders.
19. Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC - Card Centre accepts no liability for the quality of goods or services provided by the Hotels in this promotion.
20. If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms & conditions contained herein, the decision of the respective Hotels and Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC - Card Centre shall be final.
