WORK SCHEDULE
Standard Office Hours Mon-Fri, and added hours when duty calls

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and implement multiple projects simultaneously with our customers.
- Coordinate with product engineering and management on issues and progress
- Take ownership of project deployments
- Handle technical support incidents for customers

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar environment
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Strong technical skills in .NET, C#, SQL Server
- Professional Certifications on the above technologies would be an added advantage
- Ability to self-learn new technologies fast
