Job Profile

Responsible for handling the entire gamut of HR from manpower planning, recruitment & selection, HR administration, performance management & succession planning, compensation & benefits, HR reporting & analytics, employee relations, employee engagement & welfare and office administration.

Candidate Profile

Degree in HR / Qualified in PQHRM

4-5 years’ experience in a HR generalist position

Experience in BPO industry will be a definite advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
