ACADEMICS

- Completed G.E.C A/L with pass grade for General English

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Sinhala is a must

- Certificate level or other qualification in Marketing would be an added advantage

- Fresh job applicants currently following a Marketing courses are welcome

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responding efficiently and accurately to calls, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

- Respond to customer inquiries through e-mail, fax, chat and / phone.
