1. The promotion is open to Cardmembers of American Express® Credit Cards issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC.
2. The lodging offers are applicable on the bookings made at the following hotels.
3. Reservations will be done on a first come first served basis, strictly subject to availability & confirmation.
4. An advance payment is to be made by the Card member using his/her Nations Trust Bank PLC, American Express Credit Card at the time of the reservation subject to the requirement of the property.
5. In the event a card holder owns multiple cards, only one card could be used against one booking.
6. Offer will not be applicable on Room Upgrades on Seasonal/ Special Supplements & Vouchers.
7. Savings not applicable on extras.
8. Reservations to be made in advance by calling the specified numbers. The savings is not applicable for pre confirmed bookings made prior to the respective launch dates.
9. Offer is not valid for online bookings.
10. The Lodging offer cannot be used for Wedding Photo shoots (Or any other similar events)
11. Name changes will not be accepted once the payment is made and the cardmember should be present at the hotel throughout the stay.
12. The type of rooms booked must be Single/ Double/Triple and it is offered on Half board or Full board basis in accordance with the standard policy of the individual property.
13. Savings applicable on local rack rates & valid for Sri Lankans and Expatriates only.
14. Standard child policies, cancellation policies & peak supplement policies of the individual properties will be applicable.

1. Cardmember is to settle the total bill via American Express credit card issued by Nations Trust Bank PLC to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein.
2. Offers will not be valid for online purchases, gift voucher purchases and purchases at BIA duty free outlets unless specified under the terms & conditions of the respective service establishment(s).
3. The excess discount values offered at point of purchase for Cardmembers, if any, will be reversed subsequently and will reflect on the next statement.
4. The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
5. Nations Trust Bank PLC reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms and conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.
6. If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herein, the decision of the respective service establishment and Nations Trust Bank PLC shall be final.
7. The authorization of the transaction is subject to the available balance and authorized limit of the credit card at the time of performing the transaction in the event the Cardmember wishes to obtain aforementioned installment plans.
8. Nations Trust Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
9. The savings will be applicable on the marked/tagged price of the product offered for sale by the service establishment(s) and the offer will not be valid on negotiated prices, already discounted items, consignment items and purchases of gift vouchers.
