Vacation Rental Assistant

Your Main duties

1. Register vacation rentals/ Hotels/ Villas/ Homes in online travel agencies such as booking.com, agoda,expedia, airbnb homeaway and tripadvisor rentals.

2. Get channel managers conencted with channels and main sure availability and rates are in sync.

3. Directly dealing with international guests and replying to your their email messages. The email inqueries can vary from a complex check in issue to general inquery about near by things to do

4. Must be able to understand basic hotel terms such as ADR, OCCUPANCY, REVENUE, REVPAR, PROFITS, LOS, ETC

5. Must understand CPC campaings through google hotel ads.

Interns who have good english and maths results from GCE OL/AL and who are looking for career in hospitality are welcome and will be placed as training interns.

For the job, you will not need to have superb English , but you should be good at your english writing and should be able to understand when dealing with international clients.

Local school candidates who are looking for a hospitality career are also welcome.
